1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.


6. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


9. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
